Start trial as champion
Identify administrational champion on your clinic. It is very important that user registers to Freed as first user. This user will have permissions to administrate Freed account and manage seats and will be in charge of billing.
To try Freed, activate it on the VIM console for your organization and sign up through the VIM Canvas app.

Add additional users
Adding more users to the Vim integration is a two-part process:
Invite them to your Freed group plan from the Freed web app — see Manage and Invite Users to a Freed Group Plan.
Add them as a user in the Vim Console using the same email address, then have them install Vim Connect — see Champions: Adding Additional Vim EHR Integration Users for the full walkthrough.
Both steps are required — inviting them to Freed alone does not give them access to the Vim integration.
