While it's not possible to replay audio from a conversation, you can access the full word-for-word transcript. To view it, open the processed SOAP note, scroll to the bottom, and expand the "Transcript Summary" section. Scroll down and toggle the "Full Transcript" button to reveal the complete transcript used to generate the SOAP note. This feature helps review patient conversations and any specific details from the session.
Step 1) Open SOAP Note
Open a processed SOAP note from the left-hand menu.
Step 2) Scroll Down to "Transcript Summary"
Scroll to the "Transcript Summary" section at the bottom of the SOAP note and find the "Full Transcript" toggle.
Step 3) Toggle On "Full Transcript"
Toggle on "Full Transcript" to reveal the complete word-for-word transcript of your patient or client conversation.
