As Freed offers features to facilitate customization of your Learned Formats, we also provide a method for clearing all personalizations if you desire a fresh start. Selecting "Reset Personalization" will remove all training performed with "Learn This Format" and revert your formatting preferences back to default.
After resetting personalization, you can retrain Freed with your preferred formatting by utilizing "Learn This Format" for 3-5 examples to train your own formatting again.
Please follow the instructions below to completely reset your Freed personalization.
Step 1) Navigate to your Profile
Step 2) Select Settings
Step 3) Choose the tooltip next to "Delete Records after 30 days" & select "Reset Personalization"
Step 4) Select "Reset" to complete
