This is a quick guide designed to show you how to change your email address on your Freed account.
Let's say you started a Freed trial with your personal email and would instead like to utilize your professional email, or visa versa. You are able to easily change your Freed email address by just altering it in your Account Settings.
Please note if you have signed in/up through your Google account or any Multi-Factor Authentication, you will not be able to change your account email address.
Step 1) Open your Profile
Step 2) Select "Settings"
Step 3) Change to your Preferred Email Address
Important: If you signed up or signed in using Google or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you won’t be able to change your account email address manually. Your email will appear locked in this case.
