Change your Freed Email Address

How to change the email address you use to sign in to Freed

You can change your email address for your Freed account in your account settings. This is useful in the case you signed up for Freed with a personal account, but have been invited to join your organization on Freed under your employee email address.


Please note if you have signed in/up through your Google account or any Multi-Factor Authentication, you will not be able to change your account email address.

How to Change your Email Address:

Step 1: Click the Profile icon, then click Settings

Step 2: Enter your preferred email directly in the email field.

Important: If you signed up or signed in using Google or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you won’t be able to change your account email address manually. Your email will appear locked in this case.

Be assured that saved payment methods and other account details remain secure and do not require re-entry during this process.
