Freed’s Referral Program offers two rewarding options for sharing Freed with your colleagues:
Anytime – Give a Month, Get a Month:
For the entirety of your subscription, anyone who subscribes using your referral link will receive a free month of Freed.
As a thank you, you’ll also get a one-month credit added to your account for each successful referral. This means you can continue earning credits as long as you’re subscribed!
During Your First Month – Get a Year Free:
If you refer 5 clinicians who subscribe within your first 30 days, you’ll get an entire year of Freed free.
For each referral, you’ll earn one month of credits. When your fifth referral subscribes, you’ll receive the equivalent of 7 months of credit — bringing your total credit amount to cover the full cost of an annual subscription.
How to Refer a Friend to Freed
Log in to your Freed account on your computer.
Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner, then click Refer a friend.
You’ll be directed to the referral page. Enter your email address that you use to log in to Freed - please note that you should not enter in your friend's email address here.
Click Enter, and your custom referral link will appear.
Share your referral code:
Copy & distribute it however you'd like, OR
Use an integrated sharing option (Email, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Messenger, or X).
Referral Reward Redemption
In order for both you and your friend to receive the reward, your friend must subscribe to Freed using your link. Rewards are distributed automatically and may take a few days to be reflected in your account.
Once your friend subscribes, you will receive a credit to cover the cost of one month, automatically applied to your subscription.
Your friend will also receive a credit to cover the cost of one month, automatically applied to their subscription. Please note that paying for one month is required before the credit is able to be used - this results in the credit covering the second month of a subscription.
Eligibility
Only paying subscribers can participate. If you're still in your trial period, you cannot yet receive credit for referring a friend.
The invited person must sign up for a paid subscription using your unique referral link.
You must have subscribed directly through the Freed website. Subscriptions made via the App Store or Google Play Store are not eligible for participation in the referral program. Users wishing to participate must switch to a direct subscription via the Freed website.
If you encounter a "not eligible" error despite meeting the above criteria, ensure you are logged into Freed using the email address you originally used to sign up for your subscription.

How to Become Eligible
If you're currently using Freed as a free trial:
Sign in to your Freed account on a computer.
Click the Subscribe button in the left sidebar.
Choose your subscription and complete your payment info.
Once subscribed, click the profile icon in the bottom left corner, then click Refer a friend and follow the steps outlined above.
If you're currently subscribed via the App Store or Google Play Store:
Cancel your existing Freed subscription through your app store. Canceling still gives you access through the end of your subscription term.
Wait for the current subscription term to end. Once ended, visit the Freed website using a computer.
Click the Subscribe button in the left sidebar.
Choose your subscription and complete your payment info.
Once subscribed, click the profile icon in the bottom left corner, then click Refer a friend and follow the steps outlined above.
How to use a Referral from a Friend
If you’ve received a Freed referral link, follow these steps to successfully claim your reward and ensure the referral is applied correctly:
Click the referral link you received. This will open the referral page.
Enter Your Email Address:
If you already have a Freed trial, enter the email address associated with your existing Freed account in the textbox.
If you do not have a Freed account, enter the email address you would like to use for your new Freed account.
Claim Your Reward:
After entering your email, a "Claim Reward" button will appear.
Click "Claim Reward" to proceed.
Redirect to Freed:
You will be automatically redirected to Freed.
Subscribe:
Sign up for a subscription and checkout.
The referral reward will be applied to your account. The credit will apply toward the second month of your subscription.
Please note:
The email address you enter in the referral textbox must match the email used during the subscription process for the reward to apply.
Rewards are applied automatically on the next subscription renewal.
