Each license corresponds to a seat on the plan, and you are charged for all seats included in your subscription, regardless of whether they are actively used. For example, if your group plan includes two licenses, you will be charged for both seats even if only one is in use.

Adding or Removing Seats
If you need to adjust the number of seats on your group plan:
Log in to your Freed account using your existing email.
Navigate to the group plan subscription page.
Select the desired number of provider seats (e.g., 1 or 2).
Complete the checkout process to finalize the changes.

All existing notes and account information will remain intact after upgrading. If you remove an extra seat, you will only be charged for your own subscription at $99/month.
