How it works?
Once Magic Push is enabled, just open your EHR note page with the Freed Chrome Extension active and your note ready. Magic Push will automatically detect the appropriate fields and prepare the content for transfer. You’ll have a chance to review the note before confirming the push—so you stay in control, while saving time.
Step by step guide
In order to push note to EHR you must open encounter in the EHR. Make sure Freed Chrome extension is open and overlaid over EHR. If it is in minimized view, make sure to expand to see the "Push to EHR" button.
Start push to EHR process. You will be greeted by welcome screen before starting push.
Note transfer process may take few seconds. Freed will scan your current EHR page and find note fields it can transfer.

What EHRS are supported by magic push?
This is universal solution for web based EHRs, but as of 2025-05-16 has been verified to be compatible with Simple Practise, Practise Fusion, Jane App, Therapy Notes.

Yes, Magic Push is both safe and compliant. During the Magic Push process, Freed analyzes the structure of your current notes and intelligently restructures before pushing to EHR. All information handled during this process is securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring your data remains protected and confidential.
