Premier Annual Plan

Premier is also available as an annual subscription for $1,248/year, equivalent to $104/month.

Groups

Best for: Clinics, practices, and multi-clinician organizations.

To qualify for a Group plan, your team must have at least two clinicians on a single plan.

Includes everything in Premier, plus:

  • Medical Assistant users

  • Patient sharing

  • Admin dashboards and custom configurations

  • Single sign-on (SSO)

  • Centralized billing and license management

  • Live clinic onboarding and priority support

If you're interested in a Group plan, contact our Sales team to discuss available options.

No billing information or commitment is required.

Student & Trainee Discounts

Freed offers special pricing options for eligible students, residents, fellows, and other clinical trainees.

Free Core Access

Eligible students, residents, trainees, and fellows can receive 12 months of Core at no cost.

Complete the student and trainee application to get started.

Premier Student Discount

Eligible trainees can also receive up to 50% off the monthly Premier subscription.

To apply, provide:

  • Proof of enrollment, such as an enrollment letter, transcript, student ID, or training badge

  • Your expected program completion date

You can submit this information to Clinician Support using the messenger in Freed or by emailing [email protected].

The Premier Student Discount applies to monthly subscriptions purchased directly through Freed and does not apply to annual subscriptions or subscriptions purchased through an app marketplace.

What if my student discount isn't showing?

Make sure you've selected the Monthly Plan and entered your discount code during checkout.

During checkout:

  1. Select the Monthly Plan.

  2. Find Subscription > Sub-Total > Add Subscription Code.

  3. Enter your discount code.

  4. Confirm that the discounted price appears before completing your subscription.

If you've already subscribed without applying your discount, contact Clinician Support so we can review your account and available options.

Can I renew my student discount?

Yes. If you're still eligible, provide updated documentation showing your current enrollment and expected completion date. Once approved, you'll receive an updated discount code.

Billing, Plan Changes & Cancellations

How does billing work?

Your billing date is based on the date your paid subscription begins. Your payment method is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Freed does not currently support manually changing your billing date.

If you want your subscription to renew on a specific date, you can cancel your current subscription, continue using Freed through the end of your paid billing period, and restart your subscription on your preferred date.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. If you'd like to change between monthly and annual billing, you may need to cancel your current subscription before selecting the new billing option.

Your existing notes, data, and personalization will remain associated with your account as long as you continue using the same Freed account.

If you need help changing your subscription, contact Clinician Support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Individual subscriptions purchased directly through Freed

  1. Open your Profile in Freed.

  2. Go to Subscriptions.

  3. Select Manage Subscription.

  4. Click Cancel Plan.

Your paid plan will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will stop renewing and you will no longer be able to capture new visits using your paid plan.

Group subscriptions

If you're part of a Group account, please contact your account manager for assistance with cancellation.

Apple App Store subscriptions

If you purchased your subscription through Apple, Freed cannot modify or cancel the subscription on your behalf.

To cancel on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Select Freed.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

See Apple's subscription cancellation guide for additional information.

What happens to my notes if I cancel or change plans?

Your existing notes and personalization remain associated with your Freed account. Canceling or changing a subscription does not automatically delete your account or existing notes.

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.

What if I can't find the "Cancel Plan" button?

Make sure you're signed in to the correct Freed account and accessing Profile > Subscriptions > Manage Subscription.

If you subscribed through an app marketplace, you'll need to manage your subscription through that marketplace. If you're part of a Group account, contact your account manager instead.

What is Freed's refund policy?

Refunds are not provided by default when a subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions purchased through third-party marketplaces are subject to that marketplace's cancellation and refund policies. For example, Freed cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple. Those requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

For additional information, refer to:

Referral Program

Paying Freed subscribers can invite other clinicians to Freed using their unique referral link.

How do referral rewards work?

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred clinician must use the referrer's unique referral link when signing up.

The referral link can be used when starting a free trial. The reward becomes eligible once the referred clinician transitions to a paid subscription and completes their first full paid month.

Once the referral is verified, both the referrer and referred clinician receive a free month of Freed, applied as a credit toward an upcoming billing cycle.

Because the credit is issued after the referred clinician's first paid month is completed, it may not appear immediately after they subscribe.

What if my referral reward is missing?

You can check your referral status under Refer a Friend in your Freed account.

If a reward is still pending:

  • Confirm that the referred clinician used your unique referral link when signing up.

  • Make sure the required email addresses have been verified.

  • Check Refer a Friend to confirm the referral was successfully recorded.

  • Contact Clinician Support if the referral appears eligible but the reward hasn't been applied.

If the referral link wasn't used when the referred clinician signed up, the referral credit may not be automatically associated with either account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I subscribe directly through Freed?

Yes. For the best pricing and subscription management experience, we recommend subscribing directly through Freed rather than through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms must generally be managed through that platform, including cancellations, refunds, and billing changes.

A subscription purchased directly through Freed will still work with the Freed mobile app and across your supported devices as long as you sign in using the same Freed account.

Can I use Freed on multiple devices?

Yes. Your subscription is associated with your Freed account rather than a single device. You can access your subscription on supported computers, phones, and tablets by signing in to the same account.

Can I cancel during my free trial?

Freed's standard 7-day free trial does not require billing information, so you won't automatically be charged when the trial ends.

If you started a trial or subscription through a third-party marketplace, check that platform for its specific billing and cancellation terms.

Can I delete my account after canceling?

Yes. Canceling your subscription and deleting your Freed account are separate actions.

Canceling stops your paid subscription from renewing. If you also want your Freed account and associated data removed, you'll need to complete the account deletion process separately.
