Plan Types:
Individual
Individual Plans are designed for one individual provider to utilize.
Group
Group Plans are designed for clinics or groups with multiple
providers.Group Plans can be purchased under one Admin for a specified number of Freed licenses.
Group Plans offer centralized billing and management of provider licenses and provide organization-wide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

Subscription Durations:
Monthly
Individual Monthly Plan: $99 per month per user
Annual
Individual Annual Plan: $1,080 per year per user
Group Annual Plan: Please reach out for customized pricing for your organization or clinic.
Free Trial:
Freed also offers a free trial where users can take advantage of 10 free visits to truly experience the features and full functionality of Freed before moving forward with a full subscription. No billing information or commitment is required for the free trial.
Cancellation & Refunds:
You have the option to cancel your Freed Plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your full Freed account until the end of your current billing cycle. Afterward, the auto-renewal will be turned off, and you will no longer have access to capture new visits with Freed.
Please note that Freed offers both monthly and annual subscription options to accommodate clinicians' preferred time commitments. As part of our policy, we do not offer refunds by default for any cancellations.
Discounts:
We offer Individual and Group Plans at $99/month or an Annual Discount of $1,080 per provider if paying annually.
Freed is proud to offer a 50% Student Discount on the Monthly Individual Plan for students or trainees. To take advantage of this discount, simply email [email protected] with your training end date and proof, such as a student ID or training badge. Once we receive this information, we’ll review it and issue a personalized discount code valid through the end of your education or training program. Please note that the Student Discount is only available for subscriptions made directly through Freed, not through the app store. If you’ve already subscribed at the standard rate, don’t hesitate to reach out—we can apply the discount moving forward.
