Freed offers a free trial to help users evaluate the product before committing to a subscription. If you need additional time to explore Freed, you may be eligible for a trial extension. Individual trial accounts: If you've used Freed for only a few visits, you may see Click here to get 3 more days (only once) in the subscribe window after your trial ends. This one-time option isn't shown to every account — if you don't see it, subscribe to keep using Freed, or contact Clinician Support.

Trial members of a group (not the admin): When your trial ends, click Extend trial, add a short note to your admin about why you need more time, and click Extend Trial. You'll get 7 more days and your admin will be notified. This can be used once.
