Freed offers a free trial to help users evaluate the product before committing to a subscription. If you need additional time to explore Freed, you may be eligible for a trial extension. Who Can Get an Extension
A one-time, automatic trial extension is available for:
Individual trial accounts — get an automatic 3-day extension.
Trial members of a group account (not the group admin) — get an automatic 7-day extension.
Each account can use this extension only once.
How to Extend Your Trial
When your free trial ends, look for an Extend trial button or link in the app (for example, on the subscribe screen). Clicking it immediately adds the extra days to your account — there's no request or approval step, and no need to contact support.
Limitations of Trial Extensions
One-time only: once you've used your extension, you won't see the option again. To keep using Freed, you'll need to subscribe (or, for group trial members, ask your admin to subscribe).
Group admins: the Extend trial option is for trial members of a group, not the admin account — admins are prompted to subscribe instead.
