You can securely email the generated Patient Instructions using Secure Send. The Patient Instructions are generated along with your note, and can be edited just like any other part of your note.
Step 1: Locate the Patient Instructions section and click Secure Send
Expand and view the patient instructions, and make any edits that may be needed.
Click the Secure Send button at the bottom-right corner of the section.
Step 2: Confirm your patient's email address and send
Freed does not store any patient information or email addresses. You'll be asked to enter in a patient's email address two times in order for the instructions to be sent.
You will need to confirm the patient consent statement. Once entered and confirmed, click the Send button.
